NORTEH provides free remote assistance for first time connection and configuration of equipment


The free support is valid only for the basic configuration of the video surveillance equipment once within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Assistance is provided daily from 10:00 to 17:00 (UTC+2).

Before you can perform remote assistance, you must prepare:

1. The surveillance equipment must be connected with the cables properly.

2. The surveillance equipment must be connected with a UTP cable to your Internet modem-router (this does not apply only to cameras with only a WIFI connection).

3. Have a computer running Windows. The computer must be in the same location as the surveillance equipment and connected by wire or WIFI to the same Internet modem-router.

4. If the equipment login name and / or password has been changed, know the login details.

5. Have a proof of purchase so that the consultant can check if you are eligible for free remote assistance and what equipment has been purchased.

6. Download and run the program on your computer: 

 

7. Provide the user ID and password displayed in the program to the technical support consultant.

After the consultant finishes working, close and remove programs that will no longer be used.
